1. What is included in the basic studio rental ?
Basic rental includes access to the green screen studio, furniture, essential lighting
(LED softboxes, ring light, Godox FV150, 4 RGB tubes),and a dressing room. Additional services available on request.
2. Can I bring my own equipment or use my team?
Yes, clients are welcome to bring their own equipment or crew. However, we provide high-quality cameras, lighting,
and audio equipment on request to ensure seamless integration with the studio’s setup.
3. Is technical support provided during the shoot?
Yes, our team is available on-site for setup assistance and technical support. If you need specialized support,
we offer experienced cinematographers and technical operators at an additional cost.
4. Can I book the studio for less than a 8-hour shift?
Our standard shift is 8 hours, but we can accommodate shorter bookings like for 4 hours.

5. What are the payment terms?
A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking, with the remaining
balance due upon delivery. Please note that an 18% GST applies to all services.
6. Are extra hours available if my shoot runs over time?
Yes, extra hours can be arranged at per hour basis plus GST.
Please inform our team as early as possible if you anticipate overtime.
7. Is catering available at the studio?
While our studio includes a cafeteria area, clients can arrange their own catering.
We can recommend nearby vendors if needed.
8. What if I need to change the background digitally?
Our studio is ideal for chroma keying, making it easy to replace backgrounds in
post-production. We can provide post-production services for background replacement upon request.
9. Are there any specific rules or restrictions within the studio?
We ask clients to handle equipment and props with care. Any damage to studio fabric or equipment will incur additional charges. For a smooth experience,
please discuss any specific requirements with our team in advance.
10. How far in advance should I book the studio?
We recommend booking at least one week in advance to ensure availability,
though we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
