Initial Client Consultation
When a client contacts us with an inquiry to color grade their TV commercial (TVC), we start by requesting the edited film as a private link along with a visual reference. This helps us understand the client’s requirements and allows us to provide an accurate quote for the timeline and cost.
Preparing for the Color Grading Session
Once the project is approved, we provide the client with a detailed list of files required for a successful grading session:
- Raw files
- XML file
- Graphics
- Titles
- VFX
- Music and sound
The Color Grading Process
Upon receiving the necessary files, our team begins the color grading process. We offer the client two options: either to attend the grading session in person or to receive stills via WhatsApp and email for review.
Client Review and Final Export
After completing the initial grade, we preview the file with the client. Upon receiving approval from the brand, we proceed with the final export. If the client requires an XDCAM export or a file in an MXF OP1A container for TV playback, we provide those services as well.
