Successful Tata Starbucks Corporate Interview Shoot by Swastika Films.
Swastika Films, a renowned production house based in New Delhi, India, recently undertook an exciting project for a London-based client. Despite the short notice of just one day, we successfully shot a Tata Starbucks corporate interview shoot in Mumbai. This project showcased our ability to deliver high-quality interview shoots under tight deadlines.
Project Overview
The Tata Starbucks interview was scheduled for 3 PM, and our dedicated team arrived at the location in Mumbai at 1 PM. We began with a thorough recce of the site to select the best location for the shoot.
Once the ideal spot was identified, we swiftly set up our equipment, ensuring everything was ready before the executive arrived.
Two-Camera Setup
Our Tata Starbucks interview shoot utilized a two-camera setup to capture different angles and provide a dynamic viewing experience. We ensured each camera angle was distinct, with one being three-quartered and the other angled for the profile. One angle was mid-wide, and the other was a close-up, maintaining a matching perspective and height for both cameras. This approach provided a professional and polished look to the interview footage.
Audio Recording
To ensure crystal clear audio quality, we recorded using both a hidden lapel microphone and a boom mic for safety. This dual-microphone setup guaranteed that the audio was captured perfectly, with levels set to -6 or -9 dB to avoid clipping.
Interview Execution
At 3 PM, the Tata Starbucks executive arrived at the location. Our setup was ready, with the client connected via a Zoom call on a laptop to ask the interview questions. The interview lasted between 20 to 25 minutes, during which we captured high-quality footage adhering to the following specifications:
- Video Recording Specifications: Shot in UHD (3840 x 2160) XAVC-I at 25 FPS using Slog 3 S Gamut for color grading flexibility.
- Depth of Field: Each shot utilized a faster f-stop to achieve a depth of field effect, enhancing the visual appeal of the footage.
Post-Production and Delivery
After the interview, the footage was promptly uploaded to Google Drive and shared with the client for download. Our efficient workflow ensured that the client received the footage within 4 hours of the shoot, maintaining our commitment to timely delivery.
